CANCELLATION POLICY
Please arrive solo — no extra guests permitted. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals of 10 minutes or later will result in cancellation. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 20% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 50%. A valid card is required to book and deposits are non refundable. I accept Apple Pay, Venmo, and Zelle. Please respect my time, as I respect yours. For emergencies, please contact me directly.
